If you book accommodation through our website, your booking and payment will be processed by a third party,

This information will be passed on to us and will be treated in the same manner as information given to us directly.

Your payment will be processed by Accubook and all details will be handled and stored in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not collect payment details such as credit card details ourselves.

We use the information we gather to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
  • We may periodically send promotional emails about special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting, using the email address which you have provided. We will not add you to our mailing list unless you opt in to receive emails from 25th May 2018.
  • If you are already on your mailing list and you no longer wish to receive emails from us you can unsubscribe and your data will be deleted from your mailing system.
