At Ballyderrin House we believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Our breakfasts are lovingly prepared by Pamela who is a Ballymaloe trained chef using the freshest local produce. All of our cooking is done using a traditional AGA cooker.

From our home made breads and jams to our own organic free range eggs, only the best goes into a Ballyderrin breakfast.
